Here's hoping today gets better after a rocky start.
It's one of those days where everyone is mad at everyone else for stupid things that are mostly their own fault.
But my attitude toward today is my own choice. I can and will make the choice to be happy. :)
128.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
