I made it back into the 120s (barely) I'm just really glad that I didn't gain over the weekend, I need to learn self control! My challenges are beginning & I hope they will provide motivation!
128.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
