On the weekends my goal will be to maintain my weight. Weekends are my weakness!
130.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hear you! When I'm running around getting kids to school, doing a quick workout, getting diner ready, and snacks and lunches for the next day and doing laundry and cleaning and all that mommies do, it's easy not to eat too much. But the weekends...when I can have up to two hours to stretch out and sit on the sofa with a book and a box of cookies.....I need to work more weekends!

My problem is social events! During the week I stay at home with my 3 year old & we try to keep diet friendly food stocked up at the house! But, during the weekend we often eat out & since we live in a small town nutritional information is unavailable! Yesterday I tried to sit & watch everyone else stiff their faces...and failed!

Me too !! When we do get to go out ( with my 3 year old or not) I fell so gald I'm not cooking and doing the dishes plus I work full time so I fell like I should "treat myself" the problem is there is always a party or get together or dinner out! And I love wine...

There is absolutely no way I could be a full time working Mom, I really respect all of you! I know I seem like a crazy lady when we go out to eat because I ask 1000 questions before ordering...but it's better to annoy my friends than gain weight, right? I'm thinking of moving all of the get togethers to our house...if they don't like my healthy food then they can just bring their own! If I was you, I would plan for a certain number of drinks before you go out! Then you can figure out how many food calories you can have during each meal!
