So... I've been doing ok off and on but the "off" part shows that I've gained 3.2 pounds. Some, although certainly not most of that is probably bloating from the last 2 days of eating poorly. I just got 30 Day Shred from the store and I'm going to start today! I plan to do it 6 days a week for 30 days. I'll take measurements and weigh today and on the last day and see where I am. I plan to stay at or under 1800 calories. Let's see how this goes!
149.4 lb Lost so far: 46.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
