1818 kcal Fat: 121.96g | Prot: 114.92g | Carb: 90.47g.   Breakfast: Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, cinnamon, low sodium baking powder, Real eggs (white) Kirkland, olive oil, Truvia, avocado, Balade, Sugar Free Rasberry Jam with fiber, feta cheese. Lunch: onion, celery, mushroom, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Tenders, Organic Chicken Stock, cabbage. Dinner: brussels sprouts green giant, salad greens, Ken's steakhouse blue cheese dressing, Pacific Cod, grapeseed oil. Snacks/Other: Russel Stover sf marshmallow covered in chocolate candy, water, jarlsberg, Italian dry salame 45% less sodium Combus. more...

So happy to see that you have once again got your foot in the onederland door....good for you! I am hoping that February is my month to finally get there and stay...no more company for awhile so maybe I can be more disciplined. Just thrilled for you.
