199.5 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1818 kcal Fat: 121.96g | Prot: 114.92g | Carb: 90.47g.   Breakfast: Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, cinnamon, low sodium baking powder, Real eggs (white) Kirkland, olive oil, Sugar Free Rasberry Jam with fiber, Balade, feta cheese, avocado, Truvia. Lunch: Organic Chicken Stock, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Tenders, onion, cabbage, celery, mushroom. Dinner: Pacific Cod, brussels sprouts green giant, grapeseed oil, salad greens, Ken's steakhouse blue cheese dressing. Snacks/Other: jarlsberg, Russel Stover sf marshmallow covered in chocolate candy, water, Italian dry salame 45% less sodium Combus. more...

So happy to see that you have once again got your foot in the onederland door....good for you! I am hoping that February is my month to finally get there and stay...no more company for awhile so maybe I can be more disciplined. Just thrilled for you.
