Feels great to wake up this morning and lose another 2.8lbs. This scale better keep reflecting all my hard work so I can reach my goal of 199 by February 15, 2012. It is so attainable! But as I was telling a friend last night, even if I don't reach goal within my timeline; I will still keep going and not let it set me back! :)
