I did overeaten yesterday, but I feel like I kept it reasonable, still went for a walk, and didn't gain. And we went shopping for my running shoes today! I haven't found exactly what I want yet, but hopefully I find that perfect pair soon! I hope everyone has an amazing day today!
147.2 lb Lost so far: 48.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 17 January 2012:
1600 kcal Fat: 44.30g | Prot: 62.40g | Carb: 275.43g.   Breakfast: almond milk, apple blasts. Lunch: bestlife, McCormic Bac'n Pieces, kraft creamy italian, mrs baird's country wheat, Chipotle Lentil Soup, Green onion, spinach. Dinner: spinach, baked potato , great value great northern beans, bush's vegetarian beans, red onion, bestlife. Snacks/Other: Crispy Chickpeas, grapefruit, ghiradelli semi sweet chocolate chips. more...
