Bippi's Journal, 17 January 2012

I fluctuated a bit over the weekend, but managed to stay at 139.1 lbs. Now I need to focus on bringing that number down and exercising more self-control during the weekend.

I'm doing a 24 hour water-fast today. So far, so good. I'm hungry and a bit light-headed, but I feel good.


I made it through my fast ok. To break it, I started with a cup of water with a slice of lemon and a pinch of salt. I sipped it slowly, and was able to have a reasonable amount of food for dinner.

Depending on how I feel over the next few days, I might start fasting once a week, provided my weight doesn't yo-yo too much.
139.1 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 39.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
