This isn't my usual weigh in day but I just wanted to know what I weighed starting the new year out. I gained a few pounds over the holidays and now it is time to get it off and continue on my journey.
Thursday is my usual weigh in day and I wonder how much I can lose by then... :) Later....

Lost so far: 18.0 lb.
Still to go: 69.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
