Okay so, apparently I'm going to weigh in every few days. I've been working really hard and I want to see the results! If I remember, I'll do a recap on the 18th to see how far I've come in a month.
144.8 lb Lost so far: 51.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sometimes that is easier to stay on track! You have lost over 50 pounds, you must be doing something right...great job!!
