I'm normal!!! My BMI is 24.9!!! I lost 3.8 pounds! I've lost 51 pounds total. Wow. It's weird to be normal. I like it.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 51.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 18 October 2011:
1817 kcal Fat: 92.88g | Prot: 38.97g | Carb: 212.94g.   Breakfast: spinach, cooked brown rice, onion, Vegan Mac n Cheese with Beans. Lunch: Vegan Mac n Cheese with Beans, almond milk, carrot, thai kitchen coconut milk, hershey's dark cocoa, nesquik. Dinner: capri sun, kraft creamy italian, domino's thin crust. Snacks/Other: Vegan Lemon Frosting. more...
