Rapaid weight gain!! Quit smoking & started exercising... Hopefully my body will even itself out in the next few months!
104.8 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sugar free candy helps with cravings. If you just started working out then you are most likely retaining water. Muscles need water to repair themselves (along with protein) and that can cause you to gain a lot of water weight.
