Yeah, this isn't fun- hopefully the zig zag will cause overall weight loss but so far I've only had gain. I have been staying in my calories but eating out a lot bc I've been helping hubby study at the school most of every day. Sorry I haven't been on here-- so busy but I'll catch up tomorrow. Good luck everyone!
150.8 lb Lost so far: 45.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

i peeked at your diet again and have to say your good at keeping pretty consistant with your intake ..mine goes all over the place ..im begining to plan and tackle this anyway ..how is your zig zagging going ..i hope we both get a loss soon .im at dietitions again tomorrow so that always gives me a boost ...she is sooooo positive it is good
