grr... I hate gaining when I first start exercising hard... grr... but it'll probably come off next week so at least that's good-- and I lost 1/2 an inch off my waist, so yay!
149.6 lb Lost so far: 46.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Yeah don't worry about that gain as its water due to exercise..Congrats on the inch loss though...have a great evening.....Bren
