OMG I am in the 170's, it's the high's but I'm finally there!!!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1541 kcal Fat: 112.68g | Prot: 94.22g | Carb: 38.25g.   Breakfast: turkey sausage jennie-o, coconut oil, creamy italian dressing, water. Lunch: mild cheddar shreds kraft, boneless skinless chicken breast perdue, raspberries, water, ceasar dressing kraft. Dinner: olive oil, water, boneless skinless chicken breast, egg, blue cheese dressing kraft. Snacks/Other: tomato, cabbage, celery, radish, spinach. more...
