whew!- finally into the 140s- crazy
149.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1632 kcal Fat: 65.47g | Prot: 54.26g | Carb: 228.28g.   Breakfast: avacado, great value spicy brown mustard, best life buttery spread, Wheat Flax Sandwich Bread. Lunch: great value refried beans, avacado, picante, spring mix, onion powder, carrot, celery, green onions, tomato. Dinner: natures own, campbell's tomato soup, almond milk, Wheat Flax Sandwich Bread, Vegan Grilled Cheeze, best life. Snacks/Other: red delicious apple, ghirardelli semi sweet chips, strawberries, smucker's natural peanut butter, honey. more...
