whew!- finally into the 140s- crazy

1632 kcal Fat: 65.47g | Prot: 54.26g | Carb: 228.28g.   Breakfast: best life buttery spread, Wheat Flax Sandwich Bread, great value spicy brown mustard, avacado. Lunch: spring mix, avacado, great value refried beans, carrot, celery, green onions, tomato, onion powder, picante. Dinner: campbell's tomato soup, Wheat Flax Sandwich Bread, Vegan Grilled Cheeze, best life, almond milk, natures own. Snacks/Other: smucker's natural peanut butter, red delicious apple, ghirardelli semi sweet chips, strawberries, honey. more...
