whew!- finally into the 140s- crazy
149.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1632 kcal Fat: 65.47g | Prot: 54.26g | Carb: 228.28g.   Breakfast: Wheat Flax Sandwich Bread, best life buttery spread, great value spicy brown mustard, avacado. Lunch: celery, avacado, onion powder, spring mix, carrot, green onions, tomato, picante, great value refried beans. Dinner: almond milk, natures own, best life, Wheat Flax Sandwich Bread, Vegan Grilled Cheeze, campbell's tomato soup. Snacks/Other: honey, strawberries, red delicious apple, smucker's natural peanut butter, ghirardelli semi sweet chips. more...
