Had a 1lb gain this week. I had a rough weekend, not eating healthy. Did not walk this week. So got to pull up my socks and get back on track. Mind set and being prepared is also 100% of the problem. So time to refocus my energy. Have been feeling low lately and miss my husband, but those are just more excuses. Need to dig deep.

I did start taking probiotic supplement 2 1/2 weeks ago, as per doctor. However it has not agreed with me and I have also been quite constipated. I have stopped taking it for a little less than a week now. I also need more fiber and vegetables. I am drinking my water pretty good. I am hitting about 60 oz a day.

Time to kick it into gear.. If I want to lose 20 lbs by October 1, 2014.

229.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 64.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
