week after I weighed in, had a bad week. I ate out almost every day. Only exercised twice, maybe. By the end of the week, I had gained almost two pounds. The next week, I went back to work after a week off. I ate salad every night I work, on exception for one night when I had pot roast. I exercised as much as I could. I did my videos at least three times this week, and did some extra exercises on the days when I didn't. Even for the fourth of July weekend I still managed to keep within my calories. I tried something new. 98% fat free turkey hotdogs. Not as great as regular hotdog, but still good.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
