Woohoo!! I think I've finally broken the plateau!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1688 kcal Fat: 56.65g | Prot: 55.84g | Carb: 268.51g.   Breakfast: picante, calidad round chips, great value orange juice. Lunch: iceberg lettuce, calamata olives, earth balance, vidalia onion dressing, nature's own, tomato. Dinner: kale, great value ketchup, Vegan Cauliflower Mashed from frozen, Split Pea Burgers, Corn Great Value. Snacks/Other: Strawberries, Sweet and Salty Bar Great Value, Cucumber , ghiradelli semi sweet chips, unsweetened Almond milk Almond Breeze. more...
