I'm not as sore as I would have thought I would be this morning but I'm tired and not looking forward to homework.
160.5 lb Lost so far: 35.5 lb.    Still to go: 40.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1689 kcal Fat: 64.58g | Prot: 57.13g | Carb: 238.20g.   Breakfast: Split Pea Burgers, "Jiffy" Cornbread, earth balance, great value ketchup. Lunch: earth balance, Amazing Bread, Baked Savory Tofu, Spicy Brown Mustard Great Value, Avocado. Dinner: kikkoman soy sauce, Sesame Oil , onion, celery, carrot, yellow squash, Brown Rice. Snacks/Other: Baked Savory Tofu, ghiradelli semi sweet chips, strawberry, earth balance, mission extra thin, "Jiffy" Cornbread, FFV Baba Ganoush, Split Pea Burgers, celery. more...
