I'm not as sore as I would have thought I would be this morning but I'm tired and not looking forward to homework.
160.5 lb Lost so far: 35.5 lb.    Still to go: 40.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1689 kcal Fat: 64.58g | Prot: 57.13g | Carb: 238.20g.   Breakfast: great value ketchup, earth balance, Split Pea Burgers, "Jiffy" Cornbread. Lunch: Amazing Bread, Baked Savory Tofu, Spicy Brown Mustard Great Value, earth balance, Avocado. Dinner: Brown Rice, yellow squash, carrot, celery, onion, Sesame Oil , kikkoman soy sauce. Snacks/Other: mission extra thin, Baked Savory Tofu, "Jiffy" Cornbread, earth balance, ghiradelli semi sweet chips, celery, strawberry, FFV Baba Ganoush, Split Pea Burgers. more...
