Wasn't a bad week, but I did stop my birth control bills this past week and was sick. So maybe my body is grumpy with me! I am not going to let the scale dictate what I eat though. Usually when I have a gain like that I just go off the rails but not this time!
233.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 68.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
