I have been so active! it feels nice to be getting back on track,I have been drinking lots of water ant that helps a lot with my diet. For now I think Im just loosing the excess water in my body... but thats a good sign!
156.5 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
