I started today, feeling really motivated! hopefully will loose some weight before my birthday! 1 or 2k would be nice to start!

Today I did 45 minutes of running, will try to keep track of my work outs because sometimes I can forget!
158.7 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
