2311 kcal Fat: 91.63g | Prot: 131.55g | Carb: 246.48g.   Breakfast: Grains & more double fiber, Fried Egg without Fat. Lunch: double fiber, starkist chunk light tuna, 2% Milk American Cheese Singles. Dinner: miller genuine draft, restaurant tortilla chips, chicken burrito. Snacks/Other: popcorn, Bananas, Digestive Health Cottage Cheese, planters lightly salted peanuts, Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt, right light. more...
