Okay... so... I started at 326. i got down to 262 in September, 2012. I became "stuck" there - yo-yo'ing up and down between 262 AND 270. I became frustrated and, pretty much, gave up what I was doing... So now, here I am at 278 and scared to death it will not stop there... So, I will try to get going again... I just wish Fat Secret would cease and desist their silly "auto completion" feature (or provide a way to disable it for those that have issue with it) until it functions as it should on Android devices! (Grrrr... :) :) )

Okay, go... head-down and food gone - just fruit, veges, low, low fat, low low carbs, protein supplemented, vitamin mineral supplemented, gallon a day of water diet plan... (God grant me the courage to make it happen!)

Watch out "250" - here I come!
