After doing months of low carb, while the weight has dropped off slowly, my cholesterol has gotten worse. I'm borderline high and do not want to go on medication.
So! A low sat.fat and cholesterol diet and plenty of exercise is what I need at this time.

I worried that once I started eating carbs again that weight would zoom back up. It has not. I have been eating healthy carbs and put the pork rinds and high fat cheese daily away. And have lost 2 lbs. in the process. So, hopefully this is the trend that will continue until I reach my goal weight.
