Finally got motivated !!! Work has put off a challenge of their own. Biggest Loser for six weeks. Whenu register for this u pay 5 dollars. So far the pot is up to 635 dollars! It goes by body percentage loss. Considering my body weight, I would have to lose more than 30 lbs. And even then if a 150 lb person only lost 10 lbs, they still might win over me because of percentage loss!!! But I don't care, I just love the fact that 127 at work are doing the same thing - great motivation. Key is to stay clear of the non-losing weight people and their bad habits. I have a few sabotagers in my depaRtment, so I really will be tested and will have to learn to say no to the sabotage food. And they will try!!! Lol funny but yet not!!! Lol. I WILL SURVIVE!!!!!
291.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 146.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
