Oh Stef, I can't believe with all that you do your weight just does not go down. I feel for you, you must be so frustrated. I have no answers, but love and support in my heart. Only consellation I can offer is that now you are healthier and happier and that I know counts for so much (but a good drop from the scale would also be much appreciated - lol!)
