still very cold out. happy i am holding under 140; onward to under 130. looking forward to starting challenge tomorrow. my cravings are subsidng, very grateful for that.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
