Weighed myself and it shows me up 4 lbs. I am wondering if it is partly due to my period, because I have been doing really, really well, other than not exercising enough.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
