Remember I said I couldnt record my Friday weight as it was after a fast? Well I weighed today after 2 days eating, and I actually overate a bit yesterday and I was 106.75! Wow!

Also lost 2.75 inches in total, though .5 was from my chest which is already microscopic and nothing from my hips! Oh well, have a good Sunday all
106.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Looking forward to tomorrows fast as feeling pretty miserable now...few issues in my personal life which have really upset me and Tuesday is going to be so stressful as I have to interview for my own job as there are 3 of us and only 1 job. Because I feel down, I also feel fat which I know is not the case but is how my brain works, so trying not to get down and binge tonight, may go and brush my teeth...

Hang in there! If it's your job already I'd think you have an advantage over the other two people. Keep positive and hope you feel better soon!

Sadly, all three of us do the same job at the moment. And I only started in July, whereas one of them has been doing it for ever. I am sure she will get it. Ho hum.
