i promised myself exercise but fell short in that area. our house was torn apart for some work and the treadmill was in storage. then yesterday i was really sick. i will get back on track as soon as i can.

Life doesn't allow us to stick to our plans, sometimes. Don't blame yourself for that. I am sure you'll be back on track very soon! :)
