not sure if i believe this number, but it was an exciting thing to wake up to. :) hit my longest bike ride yesterday- 24.3 miles.
136.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you!! You're doing the right things and it's paying off. It can be hard to believe, but we have to take the good and be happy with it when it comes.
