Okay, almost done this challenge and am only down ~10 pounds. Time to rev 'er up. I'm on to another challenge overlapping with this one.

This new challenge is to lose 10 lbs by August. Totally doable. MUST get back on that elliptical, cut down portion sizes, and make this thing happen.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1702 kcal Fat: 84.22g | Prot: 59.58g | Carb: 187.06g.   Breakfast: Toasted Berry Crisp Protein & Fibre Cereal, sugar in the raw, strawberries, skim milk, half and half, coffee. Dinner: boneless skinless chicken breast. Snacks/Other: mcdonald's cheeseburger, Bliss Milk Chocolate with Almonds, lay's barbecue. more...
