this weight is a guess. i weighed myself this weekend and this was the number. going biking after work today. should be fun. now i just have to figure out the guy im biking with- crazy mixed signals... :) happy monday!
138.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
