Failed on both accounts - no exercise and I had soda this week! Oops.

Still, I've maintained (more or less) for a couple of weeks, so I know I have made *some* difference, even if small.

Gotta rev up the ol' exercise routine AGAIN. It's all this darned reading I've been doing lately, cutting into that routine! Excuses, excuses...
255.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
