Although for this challenge it looks like I gained weight last week, I began induction last monday at 183. I am down to 180.6, so I feel that is an accomplishment.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
