So pissed off. I need to get under 175.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You will get there. Make sure you are getting enough protein. Protein metabolizes better than any other food group. Get in enough fruits and veggies. Drink you water to flush out sodium. Don't eat too many processed foods (sodium laden). Kick up your exercise and stay on plan. Good luck!
