Inadequate sleep is my issue again. I'm too tired at night to work out. I have done it every night except last night. Last night I came home and immediately put on my pajamas. Today is a new day, however, and I will succeed.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
