I expect at least a 1-lb. loss this week, even though I have made some terrible food decisions AND missed two workouts. I'm feeling different, and my abdomen is slowly but surely shrinking. What a feeling!!!!!
257.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
