I did eat more than my RDI yesterday, but I'm doing a kind of less strict calorie shifting where some days I eat below and some days above. My daily average is still below. Worked out hard yesterday, hoping to see a loss in the morning.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1527 kcal Fat: 50.56g | Prot: 78.30g | Carb: 209.25g.   Breakfast: nature's own, mandarin oranges, lindt dark chocolate with orange, kraft fat free cheddar, liquid eggs. Lunch: almond dream, extra firm tofu, chicken broth great value, laughing cow garlic cheese, swiss chard, leek. Dinner: fat free miracle whip, lettuce, ketchup, Crunchy Onion Rings 2, honeysuckle white 85. Snacks/Other: cheesecake pudding snack, almond dream, Low Fat Key Lime Yogurt, almond butter, chicken broth great value, extra firm tofu, teddy grahams, laughing cow garlic cheese, haagen daz sorbet, leek, swiss chard. more...
