Upping my protein today. Let's see how it goes...
257.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1654 kcal Fat: 64.96g | Prot: 87.62g | Carb: 183.69g.   Breakfast: frozen blueberries, coffee, 1% milk, strawberries, half and half, banana, sugar in the raw, Toasted Berry Crisp Protein & Fibre Cereal. Lunch: Chunk Light Tuna In Water, cucumber. Dinner: cucumber, steak sauce, canola oil, ketchup, boneless skinless chicken breast, Seasoned French Fried Potatoes, bell pepper. Snacks/Other: margaret's, sugar in the raw, pita chips, miss vickie's, half and half, mini eggs, espresso, laughing cow original. more...
