Upping my protein today. Let's see how it goes...
257.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1654 kcal Fat: 64.96g | Prot: 87.62g | Carb: 183.69g.   Breakfast: banana, frozen blueberries, 1% milk, Toasted Berry Crisp Protein & Fibre Cereal, strawberries, half and half, sugar in the raw, coffee. Lunch: Chunk Light Tuna In Water, cucumber. Dinner: boneless skinless chicken breast, bell pepper, cucumber, Seasoned French Fried Potatoes, ketchup, steak sauce, canola oil. Snacks/Other: sugar in the raw, half and half, espresso, mini eggs, pita chips, miss vickie's, margaret's, laughing cow original. more...
