Upping my protein today. Let's see how it goes...
257.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1654 kcal Fat: 64.96g | Prot: 87.62g | Carb: 183.69g.   Breakfast: Toasted Berry Crisp Protein & Fibre Cereal, banana, sugar in the raw, strawberries, 1% milk, half and half, coffee, frozen blueberries. Lunch: cucumber, Chunk Light Tuna In Water. Dinner: boneless skinless chicken breast, Seasoned French Fried Potatoes, bell pepper, cucumber, canola oil, ketchup, steak sauce. Snacks/Other: sugar in the raw, miss vickie's, mini eggs, espresso, laughing cow original, half and half, margaret's, pita chips. more...
