Down another pound! Pretty good considering this was TOM week. Glad THAT's over!

And into a new week. I am reducing my caloric intake by another 12 cals or so, slowly bringing it down. Seeing as I've had trouble enough with 1,600 a day, I will really, REALLY need to focus and plan now.
257.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
