1578 kcal Fat: 46.75g | Prot: 83.20g | Carb: 214.56g.   Breakfast: fruit and nut bar. Lunch: egg whites, progresso light vegetable and noodle, La Banderita , maranatha almond butter, lindt dark chocolate with salt, diet cran grape. Dinner: Stir Fry Tofu, la choy lite soy sauce, asparagus stir fry. Snacks/Other: Low Fat Key Lime Yogurt, blue bonnet margarine, teddy grahams, Baked Fat Free Falafel, yogurt tahini sauce, Low Calorie Chicken Florentine, jello mousse temptation. more...
