1578 kcal Fat: 46.75g | Prot: 83.20g | Carb: 214.56g.   Breakfast: fruit and nut bar. Lunch: lindt dark chocolate with salt, diet cran grape, La Banderita , progresso light vegetable and noodle, egg whites, maranatha almond butter. Dinner: la choy lite soy sauce, asparagus stir fry, Stir Fry Tofu. Snacks/Other: Baked Fat Free Falafel, yogurt tahini sauce, Low Fat Key Lime Yogurt, blue bonnet margarine, Low Calorie Chicken Florentine, jello mousse temptation, teddy grahams. more...
