1578 kcal Fat: 46.75g | Prot: 83.20g | Carb: 214.56g.   Breakfast: fruit and nut bar. Lunch: progresso light vegetable and noodle, La Banderita , lindt dark chocolate with salt, maranatha almond butter, diet cran grape, egg whites. Dinner: Stir Fry Tofu, la choy lite soy sauce, asparagus stir fry. Snacks/Other: blue bonnet margarine, Low Calorie Chicken Florentine, jello mousse temptation, Baked Fat Free Falafel, yogurt tahini sauce, teddy grahams, Low Fat Key Lime Yogurt. more...
