Ate too much dairy the last couple of days. I love you so much, dairy- why don't you like me? I was so sick last night my hubby kept asking if I needed to go to the hospital. Evil dairy, enticing me with your creamy goodness.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 10 May 2010:
1273 kcal Fat: 49.12g | Prot: 63.23g | Carb: 157.01g.   Breakfast: nature's own, maranatha almond butter, All Fruit with Fiber Blackberry. Lunch: regina balsamic, calidad chips, picante, lime juice, honeysuckle white 85, lettuce. Dinner: crystal light focus, Chicken Artichoke Pasta 2, plus calories for extra veggies. Snacks/Other: All Fruit with Fiber Blackberry, cherry tomatos, chicken broth great value, broccoli florets great value, special dark cocoa powder, stevia, jello cheesecake snack, nature's own, agave, oregano, strawberries, button mushrooms, flour, almond dream, maranatha almond butter. more...

Ya know, they have pills for that! lol Are you lactose intolerant, or allergic, like I am. Personally, I haven't been effected by my milk alergy in a long, long time, so I get to eat my yogert, cereal, and other things all I want, but back when I was younger, I would get terribly ill too.... stomach and joint pains. Feel better, and either stay away from that stuff, or get the pills!

I don't know what I am, I just get migraines and tummy trouble and feel so so tired if I eat too much of it. I've had pills before and, I don't know, I'd rather not pay for them and it seems kinda wrong to force my body into being ok with something it's not. I was doing really well with the dairy actually until I started watching calories again. Nonfat dairy things like yogurt, cottage cheese, and skim milk have so much protein and I don't really like meat. Anyway, I am feeling better on that account, glad to hear you can eat those yummy things again!
