1590 kcal Fat: 41.41g | Prot: 85.25g | Carb: 224.51g.   Breakfast: banana, almond dream, bakery cream puffs, Leftover Chicken Salad. Lunch: Chicken and Veggie Pockets, Ginger Carrot Asian Dressing, zone perfect bar. Dinner: calidad chips, Vegetarian Bean and Veggie Soup. Snacks/Other: onion, nesquik, great value honey roasted ham, almond dream, fat free miracle whip, lettuce, la banderita low carb tortilla. more...
