Like I already shared with someone, I didn't stick to a strict diet this weekend due to my young G'son's birthday party....But, I was sooooo much more conscious of what I was doing that I know I didn't eat or drink anywhere near what I would have... so that still feels pretty good!
Besides, I decided to quit beating myself up for things a long time ago because I still manage to make mistakes on a daily basis and beating myself would waste so much time !! lol So, today, we go on! Right??
