Well I cheated the other day and had a coke at my daughter's house but I'm trying to stay on track ! I am totally more aware of the amount of calories in the condiments etc. that I eat... I have a lot more resolve to lose this weight by having to tell y'all whether I have fallen off the soda wagon again or not ... lol It really helps to read where others of you are persevering and losing the weight even when its a struggle.... I'm really hopeful !
