Wednesday weigh-in: ☹️ I knew this was going to happen today as yesterday I went out to lunch with the senior group from church and then, had a larger meal for dinner with wine. I had some leftover lamb chops I needed to eat because I will have to eat soft foods for a few days. I am getting a bottom rear molar extracted this morning and having bone graft done because the root canal failed. I was lucky that I was due for x-rays when I had my teeth cleaned last week so they were able to detect the problem before it blew up! I know this is a temporary gain and hope I lose some due to not being able to eat regular food for a while!
178.5 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
