This is the first time in 15 weeks that my weight increased. 😒👎🏻
178.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks y'all. I'm not really upset about it, I just hated to break my losing streak. Food logging helps and I LOVE meal planning anyway. I plan ahead and it helps me know when to take things out to thaw, too.
